This can include palliative care for comfort and symptom management, in-home hospice care or advanced symptom management at our beautiful, new Hospice Care Center. You will also find expert emotional support and spiritual care for the entire family, including grief counseling during and after the illness.

Introducing our Monthly Caregiver Group
HMC recognizes that caregivers face the demanding challenges of meeting the physical and emotional needs of others. While caregiving, it’s important to take care of you so you can take care of others.
HMC’s Caring for the Caregiver monthly group offers a place for individuals to feel connected to others in the same situation, to learn helpful coping skills, and discover important community resources.
Each monthly session will include welcome and introductions, an educational topic, 'sharing and caring' time and questions and answers. There is no cost, however, pre-registration is required by calling 330.725.1900. This monthly group begins in March 2015 and is open to anyone caring fo
