Teresa Proellochs, R.N., was named Outstanding 2010 Second Quarter Employee at BridgesHome Health Care. She is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and began her career with BridgesHome in July, 2008. Teresa and her husband, Charlie, live in Medina and have three daughters.
